THE Retail Performance Company
A NEW IMAGE FOR A COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTATION APPROACH | NEOS CMS
What it´s all about
From its headquarters in Munich and its nine locations worldwide, rpc, the joint venture created by the BMW Group and h&z Management Consulting, advises companies on how they can improve their performance throughout the entire sales chain. From conception to implementation right through to the sustained support of sales services, rpc’s consultation approach covers consulting, design, coaching, training, HR services and data analytics.
The resulting concept
- Content and text strategy
- Screen design
- Technical implementation
- Intro video
- Presentation template
The objective was to translate rpc’s unique and comprehensive approach and make it tangible: Turning parts of a company upside down, looking at things from a variety of perspectives and consulting with the objective of joining it all together to create a new whole – all of this reminded us of how the mosaic patterns in a kaleidoscope come together. The intro video, which emotively reflects rpc’s ethos and methods, was created based on this creative concept.
the INTERFACE DESIGN
The core of the concept is offering the user access and identification through their own needs; we provide “challenges” so that the user can navigate through the services intuitively. This is an embodiment of the rpc motto: “Inspiring Customer-Centric Transformation”.
The customer also has the opportunity to gain a more in-depth insight into rpc’s projects via the “Insights” tab. Special content tagging enables the user to quickly find other content that may interest them.
The underlying technology
Neos CMS, the innovative, modern content application framework, was used as the basis of the website, enabling rpc to manage content independently via front-end editing from all around the world, right down to the minute details. Thus rpc locations throughout the world can use dedicated work spaces in order to add and test their content in many different languages. The headquarters can then review the new content and make a final decision on publishing it.
