The pop-up office is more than just a very special working day - it's a philosophy. Based on the principles of culture design, our aim is to create creative spaces that inspire, motivate and connect. We believe that the way we work shapes our culture. And this is exactly where the pop-up office comes in: away from the classic office routine and towards an open and flexible working culture in the fresh air.
After the successful launch in Munich with a unique mix of coworking, talks, networking, workshops and sunshine, we are now bringing the concept to the Spreewald. What can you expect? An inspiring setting, exciting impulses and plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas. Whether concentrated work, creative brainstorming sessions or simply a break in the greenery - everyone will find the right corner here.

You can simply drop by and listen to the talks. But you can also come along and work in peace and simply be there. Or you can come along and bring a topic/talk/idea yourself!
As a non-commercial event, participation in the Pop up Office is free of charge for you.
There is an existing infrastructure including WiFi/hotspots, electricity, sufficient seating, toilets and indoor and outdoor areas. To be on the safe side, it wouldn't hurt to pack a power bank (if available). You can buy catering for your team on site at reduced prices.
Coworking where others go on holiday: The Drahnsdorf country estate provides the perfect backdrop for our pop-up office. An original vacancy in the countryside, jointly developed and given a new lease of life as a country estate and living lab by the Zukunftsorte project. Nestled in the unspoilt nature of Brandenburg, the historic farmstead is a real highlight - with light-flooded rooms, exciting room concepts spread across the entire complex and a huge, enchanted garden.
Whether you want to work on the terrace or orchard or prefer the charming indoor area in the converted roof of the barn - you can choose your favourite spot here. And after your work is done, a relaxed after-work session around the campfire awaits.
Would you like to take away new input for your day-to-day work in addition to the unique coworking experience? Then look forward to exciting talks and insights on various topics!
We even have free slots for other topics as part of our programme. If you can imagine bringing a topic for a short talk (between 5-15 minutes), we look forward to receiving your ideas and suggestions at events@format-d.com.
The pop-up office is for anyone who simply wants to try something different, is looking for a change of scenery, wants to spend a great (team) day, is looking for new contacts or exciting input. Organised like a normal working day, there is also plenty of room for your daily business. Whether entire teams, departments or individuals and freelancers: let's experience a working day together in a unique atmosphere!
At Format D, we believe that teamwork and creativity need space - and sometimes a change of scenery. As a digital studio from Munich, we launched the Wooo Days (Working out of Office Days) many years ago. These are individual days on which we deliberately go out as a team to work by the lake, on a farm or even in an IKEA furniture store.
The pop-up office was born from this very idea: a framework that finally allows everyone to participate. In 2024, we launched the first event in Munich - and the enthusiasm was huge!
Now we're bringing the pop-up office to the Spreewald. The goal remains the same: to create a place where work is fun, encounters happen and inspiration kicks in!
