Pop up Office 2025

Summary
Under the motto "how to design a vibrant community" we invited people to what was likely the most extraordinary coworking event in the entire city, held at Minna Thiel. It was a day full of spontaneous, innovative ideas, collaborative work, inspiration around community, and an interactive panel discussion on the topic of Culture Design – all as part of the Munich Creative Business Week 2025 in Munich.

Last year, we launched this unique event that combines the benefits of indoors and outdoors, inspiration and focus, work and exchange. People and teams from a wide variety of industries and professions came together—curious to experience a completely different work atmosphere.
For quite some time, we’ve been relocating our workplace to different locations and organizing Working-Out-Of-Office days in various formats and settings. Over the years, we've worked as a team in Tuscany, in Croatia, during our large Outdoor Coworking Days with many inspiring people in the Bavarian uplands, and even once in an IKEA furniture store.
And despite our many years of experience with coworking events in all kinds of places, the Pop-up Office—both this year and last—was on a completely new level even for us, and it absolutely thrilled everyone who took part!
Our vision this year was to create a truly special workday—one that offers exactly the environment you hope for from a working-out-of-office day: space for inspiration, a real change of scenery, focus, fresh ideas, teamwork, and new connections.
The motto of the Munich Creative Business Week (MCBW), "how to design a vibrant community", felt like it was made for us. So it quickly became clear that we wanted to host another Pop-up Office as part of Germany’s largest design event—truly the perfect place for the community!
In addition to coworking, this year’s Pop-up Office featured another highlight:
In an interactive panel discussion, experts from various industries and companies explored the relevance of Culture Design in the context of empowerment and collaboration in the workplace. Regardless of profession, industry, or field of expertise, this session provided valuable insights and exciting inspiration for anyone curious about the future of work.

This year, we explored the topic in a new format: an interactive panel discussion titled Culture Design – Building a Collaborative & Empowering Workplace. Particularly exciting were the diverse perspectives from academia and research, the corporate and working world, the creative industries, and the digital sector.
Together with the panel and the audience, we examined the various aspects, benefits, opportunities, and challenges that the transformation of the working world brings for all of us—regardless of industry, company, or profession!
