An employer of choice
Values we define together
Professional work and great relationships don’t happen by chance. Our values, which we have developed and embraced together as a team in workshops, shape the way we treat our clients, our colleagues, and ourselves.

We rely on personal responsibility
We not only take great responsibility for our products and processes, but we also aim to work flexibly, freely, and with personal accountability. We care for each other and respect individual work styles that are aligned with the team.
We practice an open feedback culture
We provide positive feedback and express gratitude, but we also address challenges and issues openly and fairly. Constructive feedback is an essential part of a culture of appreciation and, in our opinion, fosters personal development and strengthens self-confidence.
We love working on equal terms
We communicate openly, honestly, and directly with each other, never behind each other's backs. Every opinion is valued, and contributing personal perspectives is explicitly encouraged. Sustainable development of our company culture is something we deeply care about.
Daily Business
What do you do as a Experienced Fullstack Developer at Format D?
As an experienced full-stack developer, you will be an important part of our team right from the start and will make a significant contribution to the development of our products. You will work closely with the product management, design and strategy departments to develop and optimise innovative solutions for our customers.
Your day will begin with a short daily meeting, where we will discuss the current status of our projects and any challenges. You will then focus on your current tasks in our agile working environment.

And now?
Your journey to and with us
Feel free to call Lona or send her an email. Just send us whatever you'd like to share about yourself. A few additional words about you as a person, your expectations, and wishes would also be appreciated!
Together with the team, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as we have initial feedback. Usually, you can expect to hear from us within about a week.
In an initial conversation, Lona will tell you more about us, our way of working, and our products. She will surely want to learn more about you as well. Depending on the area you're applying for, there will be a deep dive, and for development positions, a small coding experience with members from the respective team. Ideally, we'd like to meet in person at our office so you can also meet the rest of the team.
It is important to us that we are a good fit both professionally and personally. Therefore, we take our time to get to know each other and are, of course, thrilled if there’s a match! We’ll then discuss the next steps together, so we can all look forward to a great future!
