What are you doing at Format D?

 

As the first point of contact for new customers and potential partners, you will process enquiries and conduct initial discussions to find out more about projects, brands and potential collaborations. As part of active customer acquisition, you identify and approach potential customers in a targeted manner and create customised presentations, solutions and individual offers.

 

You will accompany the entire introductory process from initial contact to commissioning and handover to the project team. You are the driving force in every sales situation and know exactly how to not only advise customers but also retain them in the long term. 

You will build a customer network around Format D that is based on mutual trust, close cooperation and added value.

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills and can inspire people

  • Your several years of experience in advising and supporting customers in the digital environment will enable you to be convincing in sales and consulting discussions and negotiations. Ideally, you have even gained experience in the agency environment

  • You have a strong understanding of digital products, their development process and agile project structures

  • With your organisational skills, you keep track of business development processes and your leads

  • You enjoy working in a team, but you also have an independent and autonomous working style

  • You are curious and ambitious, as well as structured and self-confident

  • You approach others with empathy and convince them with your solution-orientated way of working

  • You also have a fluent command of German and English
