The Genossenschaftsverband Bayern (GVB) is a service provider for Bavaria's co-operatives in the areas of auditing, consulting, education and representation of interests. The Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken (VR banks) make up a large proportion of these co-operatives. The GVB provides them with centralised marketing and sales campaigns to actively support them in generating sales contacts.

Challenge

In order to offer the VR banks and their employees added value, an information platform should be developed that is not only informative, but also valuable for users' self-counselling. Above all, a seamless advisory process should also facilitate contact requests for an advisory appointment and thus also lead generation for the participating banks.

Solution

With a new content hub for the campaigns and sales communication of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, it is possible to design and play out dynamically controllable campaign pages as easily as possible for the respective target groups of the VR banks. 

Future-proof system architecture for customers and sales

 

In order to offer the VR banks and their employees added value, an information platform should be developed that is not only informative, but also valuable for users' self-counselling. Above all, a seamless advisory process should also facilitate contact requests for an advisory appointment and thus also lead generation for the participating banks.

 

The second group of users, the bank employees, should also find their way around a future-proof and expandable information and system architecture and be able to access an intuitive portal for support in their daily tasks.

 

Finally, in order to make the success of the intensive strategy and consulting process measurable as part of the project collaboration and the resulting new lead dashboard, the implementation of tracking measures was essential.

Based on the Neos content management system, a platform was developed that fits seamlessly into Volksbank Raiffeisenbank's corporate identity. By developing a customised design system, editors can now create content intuitively and publish it independently.

 

With the help of Vue.js, a customised consultation process was implemented that allows visitors to find the nearest VR bank branch based on their postcode and send a contact to make an appointment.

 

A modern, intuitive interface with creation options for bank contact persons, various status messages and the creation of various activities enable bank employees to efficiently support their customers.
