The natural setting inspires creativity and enables a light-hearted exchange. And of course it's all about getting to know each other, finding friends, and taking away ideas.

What exactly is planned?
OCWD is an outdoor business event where we enable mobile working in a natural setting. In addition to the independent working day, moderated Q&A sessions, various talks and discussions will take place at the Stagevan. The end of the day will be spent with barbecue, drinks and exciting conversations around the campfire.
Who can participate?
In principle, anyone can participate. The OCWD is made for companies from various industries that want to bring a breath of fresh air into their everyday work. But also freelancers enjoy the unusual workplace and benefit from the interdisciplinary talks.
Where and when will the OCWD take place?
The Outdoor Co-Working Days will take place on the 14th and 15th of July 2023 in the Rosenheim area.
Who is the organizer?
Format D - we are a studio for digital brand experiences in Munich and have been working regularly in the green with three vans for 7 years. What that looks like and why we do it is explained in more detail here.
What is the cost of participation?
We have a small contribution towards expenses per team/van: 70 euros.
How can I / can we participate?
Feel free to fill out our entry form and we will get back to you with more information about ticket purchase etc.
What is available on site?
Sanitary facilities will be available on site. Of course, we will provide electricity so that nothing stands in the way of digital work. Everyone brings their own food and beverages. We have wood and a grill. We will provide you with more detailed information about the location and the local conditions after registration a few weeks before the event and upon arrival.
What do I need to bring?
You should bring whatever you feel like. You decide whether you want to barbecue or whether a snack is enough. Whether you sleep in the tent or in the car, or whether you drive home in the evening. Also whether you stay one or two days, is up to you.

Do I need a van to participate?
No. Of course, the event lives from working and spending the night outdoors, which is why an overnight stay would be an advantage. But you can also arrive by bike and with a tent.
Is there electricity and internet on site?
Yes, it is better to make a hotspot with your own cell phone. But we also take an antenna with us, with which we can provide WLAN in case of emergency. Electricity is available on site from us.
Is the network connection on site good enough for video calls and presentations?
That depends on your network provider and we are outdoors, there may be fluctuations in internet quality. But we have had good experiences at this location. We recommend you to bring preferably the tasks for which a perfect internet connection is not a must.
Are there toilets and sanitary facilities on site?
There will be sanitary facilities on site. We will provide you with more detailed information about the location and the local conditions after registration a few weeks before the event and upon arrival.
