The Retail Performance Company (rpc) is an international management consultancy based in Munich. The company was founded as a joint venture between BMW and H&Z Management Consulting and focuses on the customer-oriented transformation of companies.
By facelifting the company's website, we created a modern digital presence for rpc that not only represents the company's services, but also inspires applicants and potential new customers to equally engage and take action.

Our goal was to create a website that not only highlights rpc's expertise and values, but also generates more leads and applicants in the future - a digital business card that encourages visitors to get excited about rpc and get in touch with the company. The creative solution for an innovative digital corporate presence has a name and it's called Sphiri.
Sphiri is an interactive animation on the start page that uses scroll triggers to quickly and clearly communicate to users what services rpc offers. Sphiri allows us to address visitors not only in a purely informative way, but also ensures user engagement and emotionality through its interactivity.
Another core concept of the optimized website is an inspiring search function. After clicking on the search bar, visitors are given suggestions on how they can explore the site further. If they already have certain goals in mind, the search bar serves as a shortcut.
The technology behind
The website is based on the content management system "NEOS". We implement the Spheri animation and other interactive sliders with CSS keyframe-animations and vanilla JavaScript. Two content dimensions in NEOS allow an uncomplicated content maintenance in different languages and countries with flexible content design.
