Bayern Card Services, or BCS for short, provides comprehensive advice and support to numerous institutes and companies for all their credit card business. It’s therefore no wonder that BCS is a leading credit card service provider, managing a total of over 10 million credit cards in Germany. Due to their affiliation with the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, we finally got our hands on the project and relaunched the corporate website in 2019.
Thorough service on all levels
A comprehensive portfolio of services and a wide variety of target groups: Our task was to bring all this under one umbrella. We thus came up with a very well-structured page architecture that is uncomplicated and constantly exemplifies personal service as a prime characteristic of this company. Helping customers get in touch with a personal BCS contact partner on all levels was particularly important for us.
The service-based perspective also plays its role in the user interface: Cool colors, combined with modern business photography that is still full of character, enable the website to make a professional, competent impression. The icon set adapted in the design supports the simple interface. The icons are used to explain each individual service, from development to issuing credit card products.
A CMS made for creative aspirations
With the relaunch, the corporate website for Bayern Card Services is now also completely
responsive and optimized for all end devices. The latest version of TYPO3 was implemented as the content management system. It was expanded to meet requirements and thus simplifies maintenance for the editors. There was a lot of room for maneuver in our creative process, but we didn’t go into content overkill – that’s what makes a CMS clean and functional.
